Heel Pain & Injury Specialist

Heel pain occurs in both children and adult due to Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, Sever’s Disease (in children) and Achilles Tendonitis/Tendonopathy. By using the latest 3D scanning technology, ultrasound,  laser, and thermal bath, our expert podiatrist can treat heel pains for both the children and adults. Apart from treating heel pain, we also advise our client specific exercise and footwear to avoid the heel pain. Sever’s disease or calcaneal apophysitis or Micro-trauma occurs in growing children (age between 8 to14) due to a combination of growth and poor foot alignment.

Plantar fasciitis a common foot heel injury occurs due to poor biomechanics (overstretching the band causes micro tearing inflammation and pain), sudden trauma, persistent tight calf muscle and Achilles tendon. By conducting a biomechanical assessment of your foot, arch function, muscle contraction, and ankle movement of your foot, our trained physiotherapists comprehensively assess the foot injury and provide orthotic options.
